All cuts of meat are USDA inspected and vacuum packaged. Beef sticks and summer sausage have no MSG and are chemical free. Bacon and smoked turkey legs are processed with spinach. Hot dogs are cured with celery juice and are USDA approved. Whole turkeys are available November and December. As a licensed farm meat retailer, we sell direct to the public.
